We do not collect or store customer payment information or perform identity verification.

• Directly from you when you complete a form or submit an enquiry through follow-up communications (email or phone)

Merchpay does not perform KYC checks or process payments — those activities are managed directly by Service Providers.

Data submitted via the Merchpay website is encrypted using SSL/TLS and stored securely in Australia or with reputable cloud providers that comply with Australian privacy standards.
