Merchpay is a Referrer of third parties who provide the following services (Service Providers):
Tyro Payments Ltd (ACN 103 575 042, AFSL 471951) for payment processing services such as EFTPOS terminals, online payment gateways (Payment Services)
Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd (ACN 150 650 927, IATA Lic. No. 0236419-1) for loyalty rewards points in connection with the use of the Payment Services (Loyalty Services)
Merchpay earns a commission from Service Providers if the Merchant becomes a customer of the Service Provider.
The Merchant must undertake its own enquiries as to the suitability of a Service Provider and read, review and seek professional advice on any Service Provider contracts before entering into those contracts.
Merchpay acts solely as an introducer between the Merchant and the provider of Payment Services. Merchpay does not provide Payment Services to the Merchant.
Merchpay gives no warranty or undertaking regarding the suitability of the Payment Services for the Merchant’s business.

2. Consent to Referral
The Merchant consents to:
the Referrer sharing its contact information (including name, email address, phone number, business name, ABN or ACN and website) and operational details (Contact Information) with the Service Providers; and
the Service Provider contacting the Merchant using the Contact Information for the purpose of discussing and negotiating the provision of Payment Services or Loyalty Services (as applicable).
3. No Guarantee of Service
The Referrer does not guarantee that a Service Provider will agree to provide services to the Merchant or offer specific pricing, features, or timelines.
Unless required by law, Merchpay only shares a Merchant’s personal or confidential information with a Service Provider for the purposes of facilitating an introduction.
